At the login section, please choose “I forgot my password” and then enter your email. After that, you will receive an email in which there is a link for you to reset your password.

No. You can only use your account on one device only.

8. How can I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription?
To cancel auto-renewal, please click on your Profile => Transaction history => Request unsubscription. Your account will not renew at the end of your current subscription period. You’ll receive a confirmation email after the auto-renewal is canceled.
9. Can I continue the service when canceling my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, you can continue your package until the end of your current subscription period.
